Full terms.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms in full. Do not continue to use this website if you do not accept the terms stated on this page.

Orders.

By placing your order, you’re confirming you have checked the fitting requirements and installation requirements as listed in the specifications tab on the product page. This includes the size compatibility and all requirements, especially the minimum water pressure supply.

Guarantee.

We offer a 14-day change of mind guarantee for all products except for the smart toilet suites from the signature range. Our 14-day change of mind guarantee requires the product to be in brand new condition, in its original state and unopened. If the product has been opened, touched or used, we are unable to accept the product for return due to health and safety regulations. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to the value of the returned product.

Returns.

We accept returns for all products except for the smart toilet suites from the signature range. If you want to return something, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and despatch a return. If the product has been opened, touched or used, we are unable to accept the product for return due to health and safety regulations. Please notify us via email so we can organise the return procedure. You’ll need to provide your order number and the same email address you used to place the order. The original shipping costs are non-refundable, return shipping is on you and a 20% restocking fee applies to the value of the returned product.

Installation.

We do not offer installation as a service and we are unable to provide quotes for installation. You’ll need to organise your own quotation and installation from your plumber and we don’t hold any responsibility or risks associated with the installation of the product. All installation costs will be handled by the customer.

Warranty.

All of our products come with a manufacturer’s return-to-base warranty that covers all parts and labour for 12 months. A “return-to-base” warranty means that you will need to cover the cost of returning the goods to us for any reason. Your warranty period starts from the date of your invoice. This warranty will not apply when damage is caused directly or indirectly by utility supply problems, lack of user care, electrical storm damage, incorrect power supply, accident, abuse, incorrect use, uncertified installation, unauthorised repairs or use with non-standard components. In the unlikely event that you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you need to let us know within 14 days from delivery. If you do find a fault with the product that is under warranty, you should contact our support team so they can attempt to troubleshoot the problem. If the support team is unable to resolve the problem over email, they will ask you to send the item back to base for testing and repair. Once repaired, tested & resolved, we will cover the costs to deliver the item back to you. Click here to read the full warranty information.

Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
