This seat is amazing. I was worried about installing because I have a very old system but it fit perfectly. It came with all the tools i needed to undo the current pipes to attach the seat. The extra washer was handy as I needed one for an old attachment.
The seat itself works really well. The pressure is perfect and the light really helps make sure the bowl remains sparkling clean. The heated seat is also a really big talking point for anyone who comes visit my place.
My one issue that the dryer kind of runs the heat up my back and gets really hot in that spot rather than being on target. Some adjusting fixes this but i wish the fan direction could be adjusted.

This is a clever product. Built well. A pleasure to use 🙂 What is also really helpful is that you don’t need a flush plate or in wall cistern - so great for spots were you cannot access in wall. And because of that looks schmick.
I purchased the smart toilet seat for my Mum who has mobility problems. It has made her trips to the bathroom so much easier and gives her the dignity of being able to care for herself and maintain independence. She does struggle to learn new things but is persevering with the remote control and learning how to choose the best wash options to suit her needs. I plan to purchase another seat for our own bathroom.
